I am a graphic designer, but at my place of employment (also my husband's!) I do a majority of the photography, especially on-location in-use photography of our products. I was so thrilled when my sister-in-law asked me to take their family portraits! I love them as if they were my own flesh and blood family, and my niece is adorable beyond words. My sister-in-law was pregnant with their second. She wanted photos of the three of them to celebrate just the three of them before the baby came. You probably couldn't tell from the photos, but we shot in their neighborhood in Grayslake. It's one of the most unique neighborhoods I've ever been in. I love the architecture there...
